Adrian Phillips, a much-published historian of the twentieth Century will give a talk entitled Those featured will include Max Beaverbrook, Brendan Brecon and a young Bob Boothby.

Copies of his book Winston's Bandits: Churchill and his Maverick Friends
will be available along with his other works on British history the between the wars.
