The ‘lost’ St Bartholomew’s Day Procession of 1532: an exploration of discord in Henrician Sandwich

Dr. Sheila Sweetinburgh, a leading medievalist and historian of Kent will give a talk on a staple feature of religious life in what was to be the last decade of Catholic England, and an incident that took place in sandwich regarding a local saint.
